Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking an ASE Technician to diagnose and repair automotive systems, ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance. The technician will follow VIP processes, manage service orders, and participate in customer engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities include maintaining shop safety, completing required training, and achieving productivity targets while delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems and perform maintenance per VIP standards.
• Ensure Service Work Orders are initiated and displayed during service.
• Complete MPI before service and support the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement Process.
• Return unused parts to Desk Team and manage cores, batteries, and tires properly.
• Maintain productivity targets and uphold safety and quality policies.
