Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions and procedures.

• Diagnose and recommend solutions to automotive problems.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school recommended.
• Pursue ASE certifications as listed for the role (G1, A4, A5, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is priority and follow all safety policies.
• Provide diagnostics, repair and maintenance on automotive systems.
• Initiate Service Work Orders and ensure proper display on vehicles.
• Complete required prints, parts requests, and return unused parts.
• Maintain productivity targets and participate in maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to VIP quality standards and participate in required trainings.
• Support 5-for-5 customer engagement processes while on shift.
• Comply with safety, waste disposal, and regulatory requirements.
