Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company operates Big O Tires stores in Missouri and is seeking Master Automotive Technicians to diagnose, repair, and service vehicles. You will perform brake/front-end work, alignments and related mechanical tasks while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Candidate should have at least three years in a lube/tire/service role, ASE A1-A8 certification, and Missouri vehicle inspection license where required.

Qualifications

• ASE A1-A8 certification and Missouri inspection license preferred.
• Minimum of three years as lube/tire/service technician.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work.
• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles with quality control.
• Train and coach other employees per company policies.
• Maintain orderly flow of service and ensure productivity.
• Ensure accurate details are included for invoicing and documentation.
