Job summary

VIP Tires & Service seeks an ASE Technician with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive systems while following VIP safety and quality standards.

The role requires passing ASE certifications (G1, A4, A5 or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license, with a strong emphasis on accurate service documentation and customer communication. Standard 5-day, 40-hour week in a busy shop setting.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journals, and regulations.
• Explain vehicle information to customers and respond to questions.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to basic automotive problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance per ASE areas.
• Follow safety policies and ensure work orders and paperwork are completed.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and proper use of tools and equipment.
