Job summary

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journals and procedures.
• Explain vehicle information to customers clearly and concisely.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to automotive problems.
• Possess knowledge of vehicle systems and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and follow all safety policies.
• Provide diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for customers.
• Obtain needed parts from the Desk Team and return unused parts after service.
• Maintain productivity targets and follow VIP quality standards.
• Complete required training and certification for the position.
