Job summary

Big O Tires technicians in Missouri diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles to meet company standards and customer expectations. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy and efficient service within the MFA Petroleum Company network.

Required: two years as a lube/tire/service tech, MO MV Inspection license, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to work outdoors and after hours. ASE certifications are preferred; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Current Motor Vehicle Inspection License (Missouri stores).
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and office productivity tools.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends and after-hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end and alignment maintenance and other mechanical work per policy.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles; ensure quality control of shop functions.
• Train and coach other employees as directed.
• Maintain workflow to ensure productivity and timely service.
• Ensure information for invoicing is complete.
• Attend weekly store meetings to review policies and product changes.
