Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company, owner of Big O Tires franchise locations in Missouri, is seeking an Automotive Technician. You will diagnose, repair, and service vehicles in accordance with company programs and safety standards.

A minimum of two years as a lube/tire/service technician and a valid Missouri Driver's License are required; ASE certifications are preferred. Join a team-focused environment with opportunities for training, growth, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Current Missouri Vehicle Inspection License (for Missouri stores).
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles (automatic and manual).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, alignment maintenance and other mechanical work per company policies.
• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles, ensuring quality control of all shop functions.
• Train and coach other employees as directed.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service assignments to meet productivity goals.
• Extend Big O’s Extra Care Services to customers.
• Communicate vehicle work details for invoicing.
• Achieve service, sales and productivity goals.
• Adhere to PPE regulations and safety policies.
