Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking an Alignment Technician at Big O Tires locations in Missouri. You will perform brake, front-end and alignment maintenance, diagnose vehicle issues, and ensure quality control while adhering to company policies.

Eligible candidates should have at least one year in a lube/tire/service role, a valid driver's license, and be able to work outdoors in varying weather. Training and eligibility for ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office devices.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance per company procedures.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles, ensure quality control of shop functions.
• Operate vehicles safely and document completed work for invoicing.
• Support store quotas and assist in training new personnel.
