MFA Petroleum Company, owner of a Big O Tires franchise, is hiring an Automotive Technician in Missouri. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring quality across shop functions and maintaining productivity and safety standards.

The role requires at least two years in a lube/tire/service capacity, a valid driver's license, and Missouri inspections license. Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in outdoor conditions with PPE as required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Current Motor Vehicle Inspection License (for Missouri based stores)
• Legal authorization to work in the United States of America
• Ability to move and lift up to 75 pounds

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair vehicles, performing quality control of all shop functions.
• Maintain the orderly flow of customer service assignments to ensure productivity.
• Attend weekly store meetings to review safety issues, store policies, procedures, and product information changes.
• Work with store management to ensure successful accomplishment of budgeted service-related quotas.
• Ensure information for completed work is given to the counter for invoicing.
• Complete required training and vehicle inspection program compliance.
• Utilize the company outside purchase program to maximize profitability.
