Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company, operating a Big O Tires franchise in Missouri, seeks an Alignment Technician to perform brake, front end, alignment maintenance and related mechanical work. You will ensure quality service and accuracy in invoicing, while presenting a professional image to customers.

The role requires at least one year of technician experience, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, alignment maintenance and related mechanical work.
• Maintain flow of customer service to ensure productivity.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles and perform quality control.
