Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have at least two years as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Current MO Motor Vehicle Inspection License (for Missouri stores).
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate computers and other office productivity machinery.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends and after hours as needed.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles; ensure quality control of shop functions.
• Train and coach other employees as directed and support productivity goals.
• Ensure information is documented for invoicing and use company purchasing programs.
• Complete required daily training and adhere to safety and inspection programs.
• Meet service, sales and productivity targets and support store management.
