Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in an automotive shop environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front-end, alignment, and related mechanical work per company policies.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles and ensure quality control of shop functions.
• Train and coach other employees as directed by management.
• Maintain smooth workflow of customer service and productivity.
• Provide Extraordinary Care Services to customers.
• Attend weekly store meetings to review safety, policies, and product changes.
• Work with management to meet service-related quotas and budgeting goals.
• Ensure proper information flows to invoicing and reporting.
• Use company procurement programs to optimize profitability.
• Complete required training and drive vehicle inspection programs.
• Meet service, sales, and productivity targets.
• Assist in organizing and processing adjustments and credits.
• Adhere to all company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
