Cribl is seeking a Technical Revenue Manager to join our finance team. You will serve as ASC 606 expert, author revenue policies for new offerings, and ensure compliant, scalable deployment of revenue recognition.

The role requires deep ASC 606 knowledge, strong technical writing, and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce. A CPA, public accounting background, and experience with cross-functional policy design are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Active CPA license required.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with at least 2+ years in Technical Revenue.
• Deep ASC 606 expertise for multi-element, consumption-based, and hybrid arrangements.
• Experience with standalone selling price, POBs, variable consideration.
• Strong technical accounting research and writing skills.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce; Excel proficient.
• Public accounting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft revenue recognition policies and position papers for new offerings.
• Research and write technical revenue position papers documenting accounting conclusions.
• Evaluate commercial structures and deployment models for ASC 606.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale revenue processes and drive automation.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and maintain SOX control documentation.
• Support month-end and quarterly close and revenue reporting.
• Assist with M&A diligence and post-close revenue integration.
