Job summary

Associa is seeking a Field Service Director to oversee maintenance personnel across divisions, drive sales, service delivery, and business development while ensuring client satisfaction. The role reports to the Branch President with dotted lines to regional leadership.

You will manage budgets, coordinate capital projects, and collaborate with community managers to align with board goals and safety guidelines. This is a hands-on leadership role within our Maintenance Divisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of directly related or closely related experience.
• Supervisory experience within the construction/maintenance sector.
• High School Diploma or GED; AA/BA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance vendor programs and relationships to support new services.
• Reports to Branch President with dotted lines to Regional leaders.
• Execute capital and reserve studies and prepare cost estimates.
• Oversee bidding, site walks, and bid comparison for Board review.
• Coordinate with community managers on funding recommendations.
