Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing quality experience (aerospace preferred).
• Experience in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 QMS environments.
• Experience leading QMS implementation or certification audits.
• Strong inspection knowledge and precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the QMS as the representative.
• Lead AS9100 certification efforts including audits.
• Coordinate internal audits and close corrective actions.
• Oversee nonconformance processes (NCRs, CARs).
• Perform CAPA and root-cause analyses.
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.
• Manage calibration and maintenance of precision measuring equipment.
• Provide hands-on shop floor support.
