Job summary

DSJ Global is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to hire a Quality Manager for its Oklahoma City facility. You will lead the Quality Management System and a team of quality professionals, driving root cause analysis and ensuring customer quality performance.

The role requires collaborating with operations, engineering, customers, and suppliers to drive Lean improvements, participate in APQP/PPAP, and maintain ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading Quality Engineers, Supervisors, or quality teams.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience with customer-facing quality responsibilities and supplier quality management.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and corrective action processes.
• Experience working within IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the site's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards.
• Manage and develop Quality Engineers, Quality Supervisors, and quality personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive corrective and preventive action initiatives through structured root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze warranty, customer, and internal quality data to identify trends and implement improvement actions.
• Partner closely with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns, improve product performance, and strengthen relationships.
• Support APQP, PPAP, Process Control Plans, and product launch quality activities.
• Lead customer visits, audits, and quality-related reviews.
• Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts throughout the facility.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and environmental management system requirements.
