• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality leadership, coaching teams in Lean methodologies.
• Proven expertise in data analysis and process control tools (FMEA, SPC, Pareto).
• Strong technical writing skills for developing procedure manuals and quality reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct the implementation and maintenance of AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards to align internal processes with global quality benchmarks.
• Manage the end-to-end QMS lifecycle, from supplier quality assurance to final product inspection, ensuring consistent output quality.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors to achieve high-performance standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external audits, including customer assessments and third-party certifications.
• Drive structured problem-solving efforts using methodologies like A3, 5-Why, and Fishbone to eliminate root causes of defects.
• Collaborate with engineering and production departments to ensure seamless quality planning and launch readiness for new programs.
• Facilitate Lean and 5S initiatives to optimize manufacturing workflows and reduce waste across the facility.
