Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of AS/400 application projects, including scope definition, schedules, resource plans, budgets, dependencies, and milestones.
• Oversee development, enhancement, and modernization initiatives involving AS/400 utilities and related technologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions to protect delivery timelines, scope, budget, and quality.
• Translate insurance domain requirements into actionable user stories and technical specs for Property and Casualty operations.
• Manage quality, change, release, and deployment activities with acceptance criteria and post-production validation.
• Provide clear project reporting covering progress, finances, risks, and decisions.
