Cognizant is seeking a Project Manager with AS/400 Applications to lead enterprise delivery, modernization, and enhancements in Property and Casualty Insurance. You will guide cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into technical specs, and protect scope, budget, and quality while delivering reliable systems.

You will collaborate with developers, QA, BI, architecture, and insurance stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience managing complex enterprise projects.
• Strong PM skills: planning, budgeting, risk and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of AS/400 ecosystem: SQLRPGLE, RPGLE, Db2 for i, CLP, RPG.
• Experience leading legacy modernization in an enterprise environment.
• Understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance processes.
• Experience with predictive, Agile, or hybrid delivery methods.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of AS/400 projects, including scope, schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies and milestones.
• Oversee development, enhancement and modernization initiatives using AS/400 technologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, issues and decisions.
• Translate policy administration, claims, and billing requirements into user stories and specs.
• Manage testing strategies, release plans, and post-production stability.
