Cognizant is seeking a Project Manager with AS/400 Applications to lead complex application delivery and modernization for Property and Casualty insurance operations. You will collaborate with developers, QA, analysis, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.

In this hybrid role, you will manage end-to-end planning, risk, budgets, and release activities, translating insurance requirements into actionable stories while ensuring security and compliance

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology experience managing complex enterprise projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of AS/400 projects.
• Oversee development, enhancement, modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions.
• Translate policy administration, claims, and billing requirements into user stories.
• Manage quality, change, release, and deployment activities with acceptance criteria.
• Provide project reporting on progress, finances, risks, dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, information security, data protection, and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying lessons learned.
