Job summary
Veriipro is seeking an experienced AS400 Technology Specialist to support IT service, application maintenance, batch operations, and production support. Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with AS400/IBM i, DB2/400 and COBOL/400.
- Experience with batch monitoring, issue resolution, and production support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience coordinating onsite/offshore teams and SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor AS400 batch processes, troubleshoot failures, and apply fixes.
- Perform application maintenance, enhancements, and production support.
- Coordinate offshore teams, track activities, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Maintain accurate status, documentation, and task tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Support compliance with operational processes and SLAs.
- Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
