Job summary

Responsibilities include negotiating programs, coordinating contracts, supervising part-time staff, tracking expenses and revenues, and collaborating with production and marketing teams to ensure successful events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in theatre, production, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in related programming.
• Must be at least eighteen years old and capable of full-time work.

Responsibilities

• Researches, selects, budgets, and schedules Parker Arts programs and events.
• Manages contracts, venues, and productions from outreach to completion.
• Monitors budgets, revenue, and hospitality costs; supervises staff.
