Western Kentucky University is seeking an Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator for the Arts Pod in Bowling Green, KY. This role supports recruitment, outreach, events, and day-to-day operations, collaborating with students, families, faculty and staff to create a welcoming experience and connect prospects with arts opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, plus two years related administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and outreach activities, prospective student communication, campus visits and tours, and recruitment events.
• Provide support for concerts, productions, exhibitions, festivals, camps, clinics, and other Arts Pod/School events.
• Assist with event communications, marketing, and promotion in coordination with College and Arts Pod/School staff.
• Coordinate group travel and provide logistical support for Arts Pod/School program activities.
• Assist with the hiring and onboarding of student workers and coordinate timekeeping and payroll processes.
• Coordinate operational needs and serve as point of contact for facilities in Ivan Wilson Fine Arts Center and Music Hall.
• Cross-train and collaborate with staff to provide shared operational, recruitment, scheduling, and event support across the Arts Pod/School.
• Coordinate master event calendars and ASTRA scheduling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
