Job summary

The Kravis Center in West Palm Beach seeks an Education Coordinator to join our Education Department. You will serve as a school and afterschool program liaison and coordinate various Education programs and the marketing of those programs.

Responsibilities include scheduling and facilitating programs, coordinating transportation, and supporting event planning for Youth Initiatives, workshops, and performances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in performing arts management/administration preferred.
• Experience working with students, parents and teaching artists in a professional context.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Professional, outgoing and positive demeanor.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate education programs and events.
• Serve as liaison for school and afterschool programs.
• Coordinate transportation, billing and venue logistics.
• Support marketing and promotion of education programs.
• Assist Senior Director of Education with special projects.
• Assist with special events like Dream Awards and workshops.
