Job summary

Impact Kids seeks an energetic arts & crafts instructor to lead daily sessions for children ages 4 to 14. You will deliver engaging activities, manage supplies, and uphold the curriculum standards in a safe, inclusive environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years with children and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Be prepared to collaborate with staff and communicate clearly with families and students, while modeling creativity and a fun attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide constructive criticism and follow company curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily arts & crafts instruction for students aged 4–14 with varying abilities.
• Plan, organize, communicate, and manage time effectively.
• Familiar with sketching, painting, and mixed media materials (pencil, charcoal, acrylics, brushes, markers, crayons, watercolor).
• Engage kids positively, encourage creative thinking, hands‑on projects.
• Promote participation in art and stimulate interest.
• Responsible for inventory, ordering, care and maintenance of supplies.
• Organize and prepare daily plans in a fun, creative manner.
• Use classroom management to lead activities and foster inclusivity.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and be a positive role model.
• Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and company policies.
