Job summary

Impact Kids is hiring arts & crafts instructors to lead engaging projects for students aged 4–14 in our after-school and activity programs. The role requires energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping kids express themselves through art.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience with children; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. You will work with a team, follow curriculum, and uphold our Code of Conduct and core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily arts & crafts instruction to students aged 4–14.
• Plan, organize and manage time effectively.
• Maintain supplies inventory and equipment care.
• Create a fun, safe learning environment and be a positive role model.
• Collaborate with other instructors and follow company curriculum.
• Adhere to the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and policies.
