Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking experienced arts & crafts instructors to lead daily classes and camps for children aged 4 to 14. Candidate should bring high energy, creativity, and a passion for helping kids express themselves through art, with the ability to manage a classroom and follow the company curriculum.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience with children, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and a willingness to complete background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children.
• Ability to provide constructive criticism and follow curriculum.
• Strong communication with children and parents.
• Must pass child abuse clearance and background checks.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students and provide specific art instruction.
• Create a safe, fun learning environment.
• Be a positive role model for students.
• Provide daily arts & crafts instruction for ages 4–14.
• Plan activities with strong organization and time management.
• Work with Sketching, Painting, and Mixed Media materials.
• Engage kids to encourage creativity and participation.
• Maintain inventory and care of supplies.
• Prepare daily plans in a creative way.
• Demonstrate effective classroom management.
• Collaborate with other instructors and follow company policies.
