Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking experienced arts & crafts instructors to lead engaging classes and camps for children aged 4 to 14. You will deliver curriculum, supervise students, and foster a safe, creative learning atmosphere.

The role requires energy, a positive approach, and excellent communication with kids and parents. Ideal candidates are artists with passion for teaching, capable of constructive feedback, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children.
• Strong communication with children and parents required.
• Ability to implement curriculum and maintain a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily arts & crafts instruction to ages 4–14 with varying abilities.
• Demonstrate planning, organization, and time management.
• Familiar with sketching, painting, and mixed media materials.
• Promote creativity and hands-on projects.
• Maintain supplies inventory and equipment care.
• Create daily plans in a fun, creative way.
• Use classroom management to lead activities and ensure inclusion.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and leadership team.
• Follow company Code of Conduct and core values.
