Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking experienced arts & crafts instructors to lead creative classes and camps for children ages 4 to 14. You will follow our curriculum, provide constructive feedback, and model positive behavior in a fun, safe environment.

The ideal candidate brings energy, strong communication with kids and parents, and a passion for teaching art. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; minimum two years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with children.
• Experience teaching arts & crafts.
• Ability to implement curriculum and provide constructive criticism.
• Strong communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily arts & crafts instruction for ages 4–14.
• Plan, organize, and manage classroom activities.
• Maintain inventory and care of art supplies.
• Model positive behavior and adhere to company policies.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and leadership.
