Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking an energetic arts & crafts instructor to lead daily creative activities for children ages 4 to 14. You will implement the curriculum, maintain a safe and engaging classroom, and collaborate with other instructors to deliver enriching programs.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years working with children and a preferred Bachelor’s degree. A positive, communicative approach and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in our program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Child abuse clearance and criminal checks required.
• Provide daily arts & crafts instruction.
• Strong communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily arts & crafts instruction to students aged 4–14 with different ability levels.
• Plan and organize lessons and manage supplies.
• Ensure a safe, fun learning environment and be a positive role model.
• Collaborate with fellow Activity Specialists on daily responsibilities.
• Follow the Impact Kids Code of Conduct and company policies.
• Travel as required and respond to emergencies.
