Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking an arts & crafts instructor to lead daily instruction for children ages 4–18 in after-school and camp programs. You will deliver engaging activities, ensure a safe, fun learning environment, and model positive behavior.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication with kids and parents, and the ability to collaborate with other instructors while following the company curriculum and conduct policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with children in educational or camp settings.
• Ability to implement company curriculum and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily arts & crafts instruction to students aged 4–18.
• Plan, organize, and manage classes with safety and inclusivity.
• Maintain supplies inventory and assist with ordering.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and adhere to the Impact Kids Code of Conduct.
