You will train and mentor Bakery Decorator Apprentices, follow food-safety procedures, manage time efficiently, and work with a fast-paced team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Efficient cake and pastry decorating skills with intermediate piping techniques.
• Understand color theory for buttercream coloring and pallet coordination.
• Ability to follow recipes, manage time, and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fill, and finish/decorate cakes, tarts, and special-order items.
• Build, ice, and decorate cakes following standard procedures and track production.
• Prioritize production lists and adjust as needed.
• Provide guidance to Bakery Decorator Apprentices and team members.
• Create special order cake designs per customer preferences.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
