Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Food Handler's Card and health guidelines adherence.
• Basic English language ability preferred.
• Regular attendance and punctuality on scheduled days.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and portions.
• Professional baking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bake, mix, form, fermentation, and proof all products.
• Understand and operate all equipment on the bread production floor.
• Maintain accurate counts and production records.
• Meet quality and production pace requirements per training.
• Follow FSMA guidelines and food safety goals.
• Communicate information to Shift Lead/Manager promptly.
• Understand final product goals and department financial impact.
• Use checklists and training documents to ensure precise results.
