Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of dough development, fermentation, and baking techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes and scale production accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods per recipes.
• Follow daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers) and keep a clean, organized workspace.
