Responsibilities

• Ensures proper food preparation by following approved recipes and production standards.
• Assists with production records including waste tracking and supply shortages.
• Maintains sanitation and proper serving temperatures; handles food safely.
• Cleans equipment and workstation; keeps display area clean.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a courteous manner.
• Keeps up with peak production and service calmly and efficiently.
• Follows sanitation and safety standards per corporate and OSHA guidelines.
• Completes shift work timely and thoroughly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
