Job summary

The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection in Park City invites a Culinary Artisan to join our kitchen brigade. You will contribute to pastry and baking excellence, collaborating with the Executive Chef to craft daily features and themed menus while maintaining precision in presentation.

Responsibilities include versatile kitchen work across pantry and banquet stations, mentoring teammates, assisting with ordering and prep, and upholding our standards of quality in a luxurious mountain retreat

Qualifications

• Formal training in culinary arts with a pastry focus.
• Minimum one year Cook II level or prior Cook I experience.
• Proficient in baking methods, dough prep, pastry shaping and decorating.
• Strong precision and presentation of pastries and desserts.

Responsibilities

• Work across pantry and banquet positions as needed with business demands.
• Mentor and train team members; provide daily prep and technique guidance.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on speciality dinners and events with minimal supervision.
• Develop daily features and themed menus under chef guidance and approval.
