Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; formal culinary education is preferred but not required.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to count accurately.
• Ability to communicate and understand English; some Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Promote and act in a manner consistent with Tartine's mission, culture, and values.
• Work with pastry team to assemble, mix, and finish pastry and viennoiserie items.
• Maintain cleanliness; ensure stations are cleaned after each project.
• Write prep lists to ensure timely delivery and setup for next shift.
• Execute pastry menus and own the stations assigned each day.
• Assist other pastry team members and communicate respectfully with the team.
