Job summary

Responsibilities include following recipes, setting up stations, producing all in-house baked goods, and collaborating with BOH/FOH. Maintain cleanliness and health-compliant operations. Full availability, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• General knife handling, food safety & sanitation knowledge.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• High-volume restaurant or bakery experience preferred.
• Able to take constructive criticism, learn quickly and constantly improve.
• Able to follow recipes without direct supervision.
• Strong time management skills and able to execute dishes consistently and effectively.
• Full availability (including weekends).

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, portion controls, pars, and presentation specifics as set by kitchen management.
• Set up station according to established expectations.
• Execute production from start to finish, including the production and management of all in-house baked items and pastry production.
• Work collaboratively with BOH staff and FOH staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of BOH work areas, including refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas.
• Participate in deep cleaning of BOH work areas, including refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas.
• Follow set schedule and give appropriate notification for tardiness and absence.
• Conform to Department of Health requirements to run an A-level kitchen.
