Qualifikationen

• 2+ years management experience with a track record of leading teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with focus on hospitality and execution.
• P&L knowledge and responsibility for cost controls.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word; familiarity with scheduling systems.

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations ensuring quality, consistency and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls to protect P&L lines.
• Uphold Red Robin standards as a brand ambassador and foster a high-performance team.
• Ensure compliance with health codes and safety standards.
• Develop and coach team members to improve performance and guest experience.
