• Merchandise products and ensure freshness and rotation.
• Guide Bakery Decorator Apprentices and team members.
• Create special order cake designs per customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and equipment safety.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties, including pricing signage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
