Job summary

You’ll support apprentices and fellow team members, manage production priorities, and ensure a clean, safe, and inviting display area for customers. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Efficient cake and pastry decorating skills with piping techniques.
• Ability to apply multiple icing types and colors accurately.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fill, and finish/decorate cakes, tarts, and special-order items.
• Build, ice, and decorate products following standard procedures and records.
• Prioritize production lists and adjust as needed.
• Merchandise products in the display case and ensure freshness and rotation.
• Provide guidance to apprentices and team members.
• Create custom order designs based on customer preferences.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties including pricing signage.
