Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow recipes and guidelines.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to measurement accuracy and timing.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and production methods with precision.
• Operate commercial mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepare ingredients and equipment for baking and monitor oven.
• Package, label, store products and maintain logs.
• Assist Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory.
• Ensure quality standards and report issues.
• Maintain clean, sanitized workstation and restock supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and dress code.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
