The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with flexibility for various shifts.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education or work experience is required, but bakery experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of US measurement units and safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Follows NbC recipes and production methods with precision to meet productivity goals.
• Utilizes measuring instruments, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepares raw ingredients and equipment, places pans in hot oven and monitors baking.
• Packages, labels and stores baked cakes; maintains logs for baking and refrigeration.
• Restocks workstation and assists in inventory for supplies as needed.
• Ensures health and safety guidelines and NbC dress code and hygiene standards.
