Responsibilities

• Follows proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision.
• Operates commercial-grade ovens and mixers to bake cakes.
• Prepares raw ingredients and equipment for baking, monitors the baking process.
• Maintains proper packaging, labeling, storage, and logs per standards.
• Supports Bakery Manager in production planning and inventory awareness.
• Ensures quality by evaluating ingredients and finished products.
