Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Houston is seeking a dedicated Baker to join our team, handling cake production from mix to finish, and ensuring consistent quality. You will follow NbC recipes and operate commercial mixers and ovens to produce high‑quality cakes each day.

You must have 3–5 years of bakery experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $14.50 to $16.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years commercial bakery experience required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• NbC bakery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and production methods precisely to meet productivity goals.
• Use measuring tools, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking.
• Package, label, and store baked cakes properly.
• Assist in development of cake production plan.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
