The Nothing Bundt Cakes Sterling bakery is seeking a dedicated Baker to produce high-quality cakes daily. You will follow established recipes, operate baking equipment, and ensure product consistency and safety.

You’ll contribute to a positive guest experience through timely, accurate preparation and friendly service. You will be trained on NbC standards and grow with a team that values quality, efficiency, and a welcoming work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cake production or bakery operations preferred.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes precisely.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC proprietary recipes and production methods with precision.
• Operate commercial mixers, ovens, and baking tools to produce cakes.
• Prepare raw ingredients and equipment, monitor baking times, and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
• Maintain inventory, logs, and storage standards for baked goods.
• Support Bakery Manager in production planning and supply monitoring.
• Inspect ingredients and finished products for quality and adherence to NbC standards.
• Assist with shift turnover, sanitation, and readiness for the next team.
