The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of baking experience, can lift 50 lbs, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Early shifts, weekends, or holidays may be required, with competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years professional baking or dough-making experience.
• Knowledge of bread-making techniques, fermentation, and dough hydration.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Follow recipes and procedures with attention to detail.
• Team player with strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Scale, mix, and prepare doughs according to recipes and production schedules.
• Monitor fermentation, proofing, and baking times for quality and consistency.
• Operate and maintain commercial bakery equipment (mixers, sheeters, dividers, proofers, ovens).
• Portion, shape, and prepare doughs for proofing and baking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Assist with ingredient inventory and storage.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
