Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen or bakery preferred.
• Ability to read and follow standard recipes to specification.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loud environment with a team.
• Able to communicate effectively and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items following standard recipes within a set time.
• Read prep list and assemble items as assigned.
• Measure and assemble ingredients accurately for recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and cold storage spaces.
• Move food in/out of ovens and cook over an open flame.
• Taste and assess food to ensure quality standards.
