Paris Baguette is hiring a Cake Team Member in Winter Park, FL. You will decorate, scale and produce cakes, pastries and desserts with attention to quality and display. The role emphasizes learning new recipes, maintaining clean workstations and following safe production methods.

You’ll work with a friendly team, contribute to appealing displays, and ensure products meet recipe standards while coordinating with supervisors on equipment and supply needs.

Formación

• Experience in scaling, decorating and producing desserts.
• Knowledge of production methods and confectionary processes.
• Ability to learn new recipes and demonstrate techniques to others.
• Adherence to sanitization and cleanliness standards.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Scale, decorate and produce all desserts, pastries and cakes.
• General knowledge of production methods and organization of confectionary production.
• Learn new products and demonstrate proper techniques to new cakers.
• Sanitization procedures, maintaining overall cleanliness of work station.
• Must be able to manage time and skills with strong organization.
• Knowledge of all recipes and procedures of all production.
• Ensure cake display is presentable for internal and external customers.
• Make creams and sauces for cakes and pastries.
• Receive, stock, and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner.
• Inform supervisor when equipment is not working properly and manage when food supplies are getting low.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
