Job summary

You will collaborate with the Leadership Team and an Instructional Coach to grow professionally, receiving coaching and feedback to strengthen practice.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, with eligibility for a valid teaching credential or related permit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution (required).
• Must meet one of: valid teaching credential in the desired subject, or eligible for a General Education Limited Assignment Permit, Provisional Internship Permit, or Short Term Staff Permit (CPR certification required for the permit).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily and long-term lesson plans aligned with KIPP’s academic vision.
• Analyze student data regularly to inform instruction and support student growth.
